This semester will follow the action in the main European leagues. In addition, there will be a focus on South American, African and Asian soccer throughout the course. There will be a number of articles to read for the course in the form of match reports, soccer histories and traditions, autobiographies, club websites and many others. Writing reports and presentations will also be based on these categories. Furthermore, there will also be a short weekly podcast to listen to and discuss, a weekly predict the score competition, and a vote for goal of the week.
