Exploring the English-Speaking World through the Biography
The purpose of this course is twofold: (1) to give students an opportunity to better understand the world around them through the medium of the biography, and (2) to improve their English skills, through participating in class, reading, conducting research and presenting their work.
We will study the lives of people who have made a difference in the international community through
music, art, politics, business, the environment, science, entertainment and other fields.
