This is an integrated skills course aimed at building on students’ English proficiency and designed to provide students with a thematic overview of the global issues facing us in the modern world.  It will encourage students to actively engage with the issues through small group discussions, interactive activities, and role-plays.   Students will be expected to keep a reflective journal for the duration of the course and make a presentation on a global issue of their choice at the end of the course.
