The main topics in this course are: London life & culture, making the most of study abroad & homestay experiences (in London especially).
The Objectives of this course are:
1) The learners will develop a broader understanding of British culture from the perspective of its capital city.
2) The learners will develop not only a greater interest in studying abroad in the UK, but also be able to plan and carry out such a trip more effectively.
3) The learners will improve their overall ability to communicate in English.
4) The learners will develop their autonomous learning skills via groupwork tasks.

評価方法: Participants will be assessed on the following: active & positive participation; English skill development; involvement in content-related products & processes.

注意事項: The materials in this course will be a) provided by the teacher, and b) provided/created by the participants. Please make sure you bring your own A4 binder (hole-punched or pocket-file type) to the class. You will also need some kind of vocabulary notebook to record new vocabulary.
