This is an elective course for non-Japanese students (gakubu ryugakusei) of the IC and IL departments. Prior to this course, students must have satisfactorily completed Intermediate English I/II.
Students do not have to have had any prior work experience or knowledge of business to take this course.
The focus of this course is to (1) introduce general concepts used in business (2) introduce the English phrases/vocabulary important for the business world (3) help students develop communication skills in business English (4) introduce content useful for the TOEIC exam.
Students will be expected to speak English only during classes.
