This is an elective course for non-Japanese students (gakubu ryugakusei) of the IC and IL departments. Prior to this course, students must have satisfactorily completed Intermediate English I/II.

Students do not have to have any experience with the TOEIC to take this introductory course.

The focus of this course is to (1) introduce the general topics and question types on the New TOEIC exam (2) familiarize students with the most useful test-taking techniques.

Students will take a sample TOEIC exam at the beginning and also at the end of the course to measure their progress.


評価方法: The grade policy will be explained during the first day of class.

  Students do not have to purchase the textbook before attending the first class. The instructor will confirm textbook orders with the students during the first week of classes.
