This is an elective course for non-Japanese students (ryugakusei) of the IC and IL departments. Pre-requisite to this course is satisfactory completion of the EPFS Intermediate English I and II course.
The focus of the course will be on developing the student's English general speaking ability. The textbook will introducing a variety of everyday conversation/cultural topics and related vocabulary, as well as conversation management strategies. Students will mostly work with/talk with each other in pairs/small groups to practice speaking and to develop fluency.
