nglish Grammar


             This course is a survey of the grammar of modern English with an emphasis on gaining (a) an overall knowledge
             of English and (b) skill in the use of English grammar. The course rapidly reviews a wide range of grammar
             patterns, especially those that cause problems for non-native students. Much effort is spent on getting
             students to learn to express their ideas clearly and correctly and to use more advanced grammar patterns in
             their own writing and speaking.
             The course will be limited to 20 students.


             評価方法：
                         Final Grades: Tentatively, final grades are based upon unit tests and final exam (40%), essays
                         and oral presentations (45%), the attendence (15%).
