９月に開催されるサミットと国連総会の議事の成り行きをフォローして国連改革、特に安保理事会の拡大についてどの様な決定が下されるのかを探る。一方前期の国際機構論IBで前半を読んだ国連レポート「We the peoples:the Role of UN at the 21st Century」の後半の平和と安全保障、軍縮、環境保全、人権問題に関する章を原文で読みながら国連の改革を皆で一緒にかんがえる。

評価方法： 出席状況、発表、クラス討論への参加状況、レポート。
