文化の多様性を保持するためには、少なくとも次の文化政策上の措置をとる必要がある： 文化の担い手、特に先住民族、少数民族の文化権の保護 有形・無形文化遺産の保護 芸術家の地位の保護 開発促進に役立つ文化産業の育成と保護 創造性の促進"UNESCO Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity"(1993）を指針とし、具体的な実例を考察してみよう。積極的なクラス討論への参加を奨励する。 |
