　　Focus on Pronunciation, Reading, and Listening

This course is for students who have not yet studied English or who are true beginners of English.
The course will be divided into 4 koma per week for textbook instruction, 1 koma per week for listening/pronunciation work, and 1 koma per week for Independent Study. The instructors for the textbook koma and Independent Study koma will be Japanese. The instructor for the listening/pronunciation koma will be a native English speaker from the United States.
During the Independent Study koma, students will have the opportunity to work on their own weak points, study what they are personally interested in, and build a portfolio of work.
In first semester, students will focus on learning the alphabet and phonetic symbols; building basic skills in reading, writing, speaking, vocabulary, and grammar; In the second semester, a video will be introduced to build better listening comprehension skills.
