英語総合講座-67 Stress and Anxiety Management |

It is not uncommon for students to experience stress and anxiety in college. A positive attitude, a balanced approach, and relaxation exercises are just some of the ways students can combat stress. This course aims to build students'English skills, while developing their self-confidence and life skills. Success in this course requires students to be self-reflective and to speak actively. 1.Active Participation is essential for success in this course. (Each student will be expected to speak during every class.) 2. Students will be responsible for new vocabulary and will be quizzed during each new topic of study. 3.Students will write in-class & out of class reflective statements (less than 1 page) throughout the course. 4.Students will give a presentation on the topic of their choice. 5.Students will have three multiple choice tests covering all course content. 6.Students will participate in an individaul project (to be discussed in class). 7.Students will write one paper based upon pre-approved topics provided by the instructor, or a topic of their choice (to be approved by the instructor). |
