| In this class we will consider what listening comprehension is and why listening tends to be a difficult skill for students to master. Principles for the design of listening tasks for the English language classroom will be discussed. A variety of task types will be investigated and the students will work on adapting them to their own classroom situations. The class also aims at improving students' listening comprehension skills. |
