Interaction by communication

This is an introductory course to cover the main principles and concepts of communication, in particular those of human communication. This is a one-year course. In the first term we will cover the definition and models of communication, different types of communication, different codes and channels in communication and the process of communication with special respect to its actants.  

評価方法: Based on attendance and class participation. Homeworks and small essays; group-presentations.

注意事項: The course is essentially run in English, but interactions and presentations by students in Japanese are also accepted. Written assignements are welcome in English.
