The objectives of this course are to brush up the skill to carry out argumentation in English as well as to deepen understanding of theories of debate and argumentation. Based on your understanding of basic debate theories, this course deals with more advanced theories such as topicality and counter plan.  

評価方法： Attendance, classroom discussion, paper assignments, your debate performance, and critique of other people's debate will be evaluated.
