The goal of this course is to develop English proficiency as well as an understanding of some basic tenants of the American Legal System.  

評価方法: Grades based on: 1. Participation/performance in trail reenactments and mock trials as witnesses, lawyers and jury members, 2. Performance on a midterm and a final test.

注意事項: Come ready to think and talk- preferably in that order, but not necessarily.
