15. | A key part of the course is that students are expected to constructively criticise the activities that they: ()participate in and ()observe from both a teacher's point of view and also from a student's. To accomplish this, students are given time to express their opinions during various groupwork activities in class, and worksheets are provided to guide them through their discussions. Summaries, including: () short criticisms of selected activities, together with()comments and recommendations for improvements, are then written by the students for homework. Students are expected to actively participate in class so as to gain the confidence and experience to individually give a short demonstration lesson at the end of the course. Students are also expected to evaluate their classmates demonstration lessons. |
