| International Affairs and the United Nations |
| This course aims to deepen knowledge and provide perspective about international affairs by focusing on the United Nations. We will study the basic objective, structure and functions of the UN, as well as contemporary issues facing the UN and the world. Students will be required to read the materials assigned, do oral presentations, and write a final-term paper. Presentations will be based on topics chosen from the textbook and additional research will be required. |
